Stakeholders’ feedback on Overview of the Market for Listed Entity Audits in Hong Kong

As a transparent and effective financial regulator, the FRC strives to actively engage key stakeholders and promoters of high quality financial reporting and good governance practice among listed entities.

Subsequent to the publication of our first policy and governance report on the Overview of the Market for Listed Entity Audits in Hong Kong on 11 March 2021, we have met with a number of key stakeholders spanning from professional accountancy bodies to governance associations to share our research findings and solicit their feedback.

We thank CPA Australia for their feedback to our Report and look forward to receiving more feedback from our key stakeholders regarding future reports on our statutory functions and governance initiatives.
